CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc. (CBRE) is among the highest ranked commercial real estate services companies in Engineering News-Record’s 2010 list of the largest construction management firms.
In a list led by major engineering firms, CBRE is ranked #9 overall in construction management. The firm also ranked #8 in program management and #2 among firms that provide only construction/project management services. CBRE’s construction/project management revenue was approximately 18% more than the next highest commercial real estate services firm.
On the overall list, CBRE advanced one position from #10 in 2009.
“We are proud of our ability to grow in a challenging environment when many other firms saw lower construction management activity,” said Ken Loeber, Executive Managing Director - Project Management, at CBRE. “This is a testament to the confidence that our clients place in our ability to consistently provide efficient, high-quality project management services around the globe.”
