Panama Pacifico, the mixed-use multi-million dollar mega project located in Panama’s Special Economic Area is rapidly developing

Fifty-eight companies have already agreed to establish themselves at Panama Pacifico because of its excellent strategic location and special tax advantages created by Law 41 that includes labor and legal benefits, tax incentives that exempt certain business activities such as multimodal and logistics services, call centers, data transmission, high-tech manufacturing, aviation and off-shore services, among other activities and benefits as defined in Law 41. Renowned multinational companies such as Dell and 3M are already there, and Caterpillar is coming up also, as are other well known firms that will soon be part of Panama Pacifico.
Earth movement has already begun for developing the first phase of Panama Pacifico’s residential area that will have 126 single-family homes and 78 apartments. When the project comes to its end, an estimated 20,000 homes and apartments will have been constructed.
